Description

Reporting to the GRI General Manager with considerable interaction with the various GRI Project Managers, the FPR Manager will be responsible for generating financial support to GRI through Grants, Corporate Sponsorship, Philanthropy and Event Management and will take the lead on public relations for GRI to current and new supporters across a range of media and utilising a wide range of methods to reach as wide an audience as possible.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

Bachelors (Hons) and postgraduate certificate in relevant subject
A demonstrable track record in NGO fundraising (including Grant Writing), communications and PR
At least 3 years experience of wildlife conservation
Proficiency in public presentations and donor relations
Demonstrable experience in the use of ICT software such as Adobe Photoshop and other design software and general ICT literacy
Basic experience of financial management and reporting
