  • University degree in human resources management or similar;
  • Minimum of 10 year experience;
  • Desired Skills and Experience;
  • Superb communication skills honed in business partnering/advisory roles;
  • Examples of adding value as both an individual contributor and active team member;
  • Experience of dealing with senior and sometimes challenging individuals;
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with key members of the executive team;
  • Ability to represent the Human Resource function as part of the bigger business picture;
  • Confident directing HR and advising managers on all aspects of people management and development;
  • Strong understanding of employment law.

Responsabilities

Guides and manages the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs; Originates and leads Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented; high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, and standards; goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce; Responsible for the development of processes and metrics that support the achievement of the organization's business goals; Create, lead and direct the HR team; Establish processes and procedures for new company setup; Establish payroll setup; Handle staff welfare; Establish and monitor performance management system; Implement Group HR policies while interacting with Group HR Director; Develop and implement a proper training plan; Recruitment & retention - managing talent and succession planning; taking overall responsibility for recruitment activity and campaigns; Develop and control an HR budget; Handle all communications with staff representatives, unions, labor inspectors, ministry of labor, governors, and any concerned authority; Crafting of business and people solutions Managing priorities between casework and projects
