Responsabilities

Data mining and database gathering of private schools from your neighbourhood. Conduct/administer our needs assessment surveys with school owners/administrators. Deliver our program proposal package to schools. Follow up the schools and secure dates for program presentation to school administration and also parents. Possess the ability to deliver presentations about our program to prospective schools after having received orientation training from us and secure the acceptance of the program and ultimate signup by the schools. Possess capacity to receive further intensive training and certify as a character educator and program champion. Capacity to undertake impactful onsite teacher’s workshops in partner schools. Capacity to provide coaching and ongoing support for designated partner schools teachers and administrators throughout the school year. Participate in the growth and expansion of the program into a nationwide phenomenon. Lagos has been delineated into 22 neighbourhoods. We are looking for one or two persons to fill this role in each neighbourhood – Lagos Island/Ikoyi/ Victoria Island.
