BSc/HND in Accounting, Catering, hospitality or tourism would be highly desirable
An in-depth understanding of the key business drivers affecting the lodging industry;
Experience in planning and implementing rostering, inventory management and initiatives to grow hotel accommodation revenue;
Superior communication, training and presentation skills and the ability to relate to a diverse range of people;
Ability to work autonomously and willingness to travel extensively within portfolio to visit properties.
