Must possess a BSc/HND Hotel and catering Management, Food Technology etc,
Must possess a minimum of 5 years relevant experience;
Must have sound written and oral communication skills;
Analytic attribute is essential;
Must be able to lead multiple initiatives through completion
Must possess good interpersonal skill

Responsabilities

To manage the overall production in the kitchen and ensure it meets the company’s standard and ultimately customers satisfaction Responsible for ensuring that production is profitable and minimize wastages to the barest minimum Coordination of relationship between central store and central kitchen
