  • Achieve individual/team targets for the nominated territory in line with business KPIs.
  • Successfully grow and manage a pipeline of well qualified new business opportunities.
  • Drive growth in core network connections, whilst also maximising sales revenue and margin through the company’s technology portfolio.
  • Prioritise opportunities and time accordingly to achieve these targets, whilst managing customer and team expectations
  • Provide accurate and timely forecasting and pipeline management plans.
  • Effective planning and preparation for customer meetings to ensure structure and professionalism in all customer engagements.
  • Be able to establish credibility and rapport quickly at all levels within a customer environment.  
  • Demonstrate good commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and internal/external stakeholder management.
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service whilst ensuring that maximum profit is gained.
