1. Master’s degree required in business, statistics, research methods, economics or other related fields;
2. Minimum of ten years experience in project management for agribusiness, agriculture, food security or other related projects;
3. Experience overseeing quantitative surveys and data collection;
4. Demonstrated experience and skills to coordinate and interact independently with senior level business representatives, government officials and donors;
5. Ability to work independently with minimal guidance;
6. Demonstrated experience and effectiveness developing and overseeing surveys, data collection, survey protocols, data cleaning, and data analysis and reporting
7. Demonstrated excellent communication and problem solving abilities.
8. Demonstrated excellence in oral, written and reading comprehension abilities.
9. Training and/or experience with SPSS, Stata, SAS, LIMDEP or other appropriate statistics software packages will be an added advantage.
10. Proficient with Power Point, MSProject, Ms Excel and other Microsoft programs.
