Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences or Public Health with relevant experience in managing HIV data is required.
Four (4) years of experience working in HIV/AIDS with the USG, the GRZ, donors and/or with a large non governmental organization is required. Experience must demonstrate an ability to manage competing priorities, the development of monitoring and evaluation frameworks, program design and increasing responsibility.
Fluent (Level IV) English and good working knowledge (level III) of either Bemba or Nyanja is required. English language proficiency will be tested.
Knowledge of the workings of the U.S. Mission in Zambia, PEPFAR Zambia as well as the GRZ is required.
Knowledge of the basic tenets of monitoring and evaluation (M&E) and program reporting is required.
Strong communications skills both verbal and written are required.

The candidate must be able to obtain and hold a Background Security Certification.
