Responsabilities
Responsibilities will include the overall management of the
front desk of the company by answering incoming telephone calls, directing clients to the appropriate persons within the Firm, placing calls on behalf of members of the Firm,
Receiving clients and generally managing the front office, answering questions relating to the company products and services and directing them to appropriate person within the company.
Managing company's diary, scheduling appointment on behalf of
members of the Firm, typing correspondents.
Customer Relationship Management
Prepare reports; handle special projects and assignments as
required.
