Front Office Assistant

Description

Reporting to the Corporate Affairs and Media liaison Officer, the job holder will be responsible for front office operations and other contact center functions at the WCFCB Head Office in order to ensure that the Boards internal and external clients are properly directed and attended to.

Requirements

Gracie Twelve (12) School Certificate Certificate/Diploma in Front Office/Public Relations or other relevant qualifications. At least three (3) years work experience.

Responsabilities

Contacts all relevant offices on Board business to ensure that clients receive attention on various issues; Maintains telephone registers, receives and directs telephone calls to ensure that Boards clients reach appropriate offices: Directs clients of the Board including beneficiaries, employers and others to relevant offices; Assists with hotel and air travel bookings
