Society for Family Health (SFH) is a leading Local Zambian Organisation targeting health programs. SFH work ranges from on the ground implementation of health services, and community programs to distribution of health care products and services to the most vulnerable populations, provides life-saving products, clinical services and behaviour change communications that empower the most vulnerable populations to lead healthier lives.
Must be a clinician (Medical Doctor)
Masters’ Degree in Public Health or other relevant clinical discipline (Obstetrics and Gynecology).
S/he must have at least 5 years of project management experience preferably managing maternal and child health, family planning and reproductive health programs.
Must have at least 5 years working in a senior technical position for a public health and/ or international development project.
Work experience with USAID funded programs desired.
Thorough knowledge of technical and family planning programs
Ability to maintain effective work relationships
Ability to assess public health interventions to evaluate their efficiency in relation to significant and social trends in Zambia.
Ability to plan, organize, manage and evaluate important complex projects
Must possess excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
S/he must possess excellent communication skills.
