Pulse Financial Services Limited (PFSL) also trading as Entreprenuers Financial centre(EFC),is a deposit taking microfinance institution incensed by the Bank of Zambia. The institution offers specialized financial services to micro,small and medium enterprises including business women.The institution started as a CARE Zambia project in 1996.In 2009,the institution got a Deposit taking License from Bank of Zambia.In 2011 PFSL joined the International Network of Entrepreneurs Finanacial Centre – Efc and is now trading under this name and is operating in Zambia,Tanzania, Uganda and Panama.
