As Project manager, you will have to deliver solutions in compliance with customer requirements and Gemalto proposal.

You will also drive the project by respecting customer satisfaction, committed time and quality, project profitability and Gemalto (Gemalto Global Services) interests.

Education:

Computer Science Engineer/Master’s Degree Engineer/Bachelor degree in Computer Sciences.

Experience:

≥ 3years as Development Engineer (development, validation and/or system integration)
≥ 2 years in technical supervising (specification, design and team)
≥ 3years as Project Manager

Capacity to drive profitability  & successfully a complex customer project execution demonstrated;
Risk Management;
Procurement management;
Legal Aspect of Software;
Contract Management;
Pre-sales skills;
Telecom business knowledge.

Responsabilities

To write the project management plan and make sure of its right monitoring; To apply the quality processes deployed in Services departments; To deliver projects and performs all relative activities (acceptance…); To ensure the configuration management and archives; To participate to quotation, schedules, feasibility study during the presales; To complete and validates the functional specifications with the customer; To report internally and externally on project progress and issues (responsible for alerts and escalations); To ensure handover to the support/operation team or specific internal/external interface; To manage and achieve revenue goals set for project(s); To ensure its profitability in order to make it an added-value for Gemalto; To manage project risks and related contingency plan; To manage changes (impacts and scope evolution requested by the customer or up sell) during the project; To manage customer interface , subcontracting, procurement (in sense of hardware, 3rd party or any other sub contracting means); To anticipate clients needs and proposes alternative delivery solutions or business solution in cooperation with sales team.; To grow long-term relationships with clients by continually seeking to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships; Maintain satisfaction within assigned project team and workload balancing; Trigger invoicing at respective milestones; Ensure practices related to the project are in line with Gemalto ethics and values.
