Requirements

Full Grade 12 Certificate
NATECH or equivalent
CIMA intermediate or ACCA fundamental level will be an added advantage
Knowledge of Pastel is a must
Knowledge and experience of five years in accounting procedures and policies
Three Traceable referees

Ability to meet strict deadlines and
Aptitude for learning and
Must be a member of the Zambia Institute of Chartered Certified Accountants
Should be able to articulate and be part of the vision and Mission of the School
Ability to meet performance targets and deliver on time

Responsabilities

Duties will include, among others: -To prepare, correct and reconcile input data to the General Ledger, -Checking the accuracy of journal vouchers -Prepare monthly analysis of receipts, payments and petty cash books -To manage the daily cash process and prepare cash books -Prepare and distribute the weekly updated debtor’s list for quick debt recovery.
