Responsabilities
Will be responsible for the day to day running of the hospital
To communicate the strategic plan in regard to business expansion, acquisition and marketing.
Responsible for creating business opportunities and develop business plans to achieve goals
Sets goals for attracting new customers
Must have good communication skills
Should have interpersonal interactive skills and able to relate to Management and Clients effectively
Prepare and ensure protocols are followed
Manage the staff: attendance, performance, and other human resource issues
Monitor the flow of finance: income and expenditure, daily, weekly and monthly
Manage accounts to ensure a balance in the financial operations and prepare monthly budget plan
Manage and monitor relationship with Health Management Organisations (HMOs)
