Degree level qualification in Agriculture or Development Studies and other related disciplines
3-4 years practical experience in NGO in community Development/Program coordinator capacity
Demonstrated experience in managing community projects
Highly effective networking and inter-personal skills
Experience in writing project and programme proposals and grants reporting
