Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science &Technology or related
Minimum of three years work experience in an industrial environment
Knowledge and experience of implementing ISO 22000/HACCP food safety management systems
Computer Literate
Ability to coordinate with all level of staff
Good manufacturing and distribution practices understanding

Responsabilities

-Responsible for directing and coordinating all food manufacturing activities -Ensure the overall quality of products -Produce operational budgets -Oversee Production and process planning -Maintain standards with regard to operational efficiencies -Enforce health and safety regulations -Oversee factory administration -Employee development and training
