The right candidate must have a degree / HND in Food Technology or Food Science , or a closely related course.
Should have worked or interned previously in a food processing factory and understand its operations
Experience in a cassava processing operation will be a decisive advantage.
He or she must be computer literate and should also be able to lead our research efforts with little supervision.

Responsabilities

This job is based in Epe, Lagos The Production Officer will be responsible for supervising plant operations, ensuring that our products meets high quality standards and NAFDAC requirements. He or she will surpervise the production staff and must have a hands on approach . He or she will have a key role in how the plant operation is managed.
