Support local Agronomist and Sales Teams in Côte d’Ivoire, Cameroon and Ghana with agronomic direction towards the Yara Crop Nutrition approach Train the local team in agronomic expertise Build and develop relations with commercial and industrial farmers within the Region Provide agronomical expertise to commercial farms Develop the product portfolio to meet market demands in accordance to the segmentation and implement farmer profitability models Support and develop technical content to be used in marketing materials Manage and coordinate R&D initiatives together with Global R&D center in Germany
