Responsabilities
Minimum of 15 years’ work experience
Should have extensive homebuilding experience on various residential projects ranging from mass housing schemes to high end
Must have started on site and then risen through the ranks
Must have a fine eye for detail and finesse
Must understand the building technology and materials utilised in sub-Saharan Africa and should be willing and able to push the envelope.
