Responsabilities
We are looking for a customer service officer for our Ikeja office. You will interact with our customers to provide them with information and address inquiries regarding products and services. In addition, you will deal with and help resolve any customer complaints, assist in tele-sales and perform other duties as assigned. You must have good oral and written communication skills. The successful candidate will have a hands-on approach and will be committed to the expansion and success of the business by implementing strategies that increase productivity and enable sales targets achievement.
