Responsabilities
Guides and manages the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs;
Originates and leads Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented; high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, and standards; goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce;
Responsible for the development of processes and metrics that support the achievement of the organization's business goals;
Create, lead and direct the HR team;
Establish processes and procedures for new company setup;
Establish payroll setup;
Handle staff welfare;
Establish and monitor performance management system;
Implement Group HR policies while interacting with Group HR Director;
Develop and implement a proper training plan;
Recruitment & retention - managing talent and succession planning; taking overall responsibility for recruitment activity and campaigns;
Develop and control an HR budget;
Handle all communications with staff representatives, unions, labor inspectors, ministry of labor, governors, and any concerned authority;
