Providing communication channels for line protection systems
Providing communication solutions for distribution generation connections,
Assist in preparing drawings, circuit ordering, material ordering,
-Assist team members with power and grounding issues of greater complexity
Ensure the availability of effective and backup power systems at each PoP of operation for effective service delivery
Ensure power stability and up time with respect to agreed SLAs at all POPs to achieve effective service delivery
Ensure efficient and effective utilization of power equipment and connections, its spares and materials and eliminate wastages by FSEs on all power equipment.
Support and educate team members in achieving approved industry standard of pop power installations.
Assist in the generation of lead and sourcing for new technologies and innovation in power and generators.
Attend operational meetings with relevant clients service unit when necessary
Ensure the smooth failover and redundant power system in all the PoPs in the event of failure in power system.
Ensure availability of adequate generator and connection spares to service emergencies in all PoPs
Devise effective means on how escalated faults would be promptly attended to in all PoPs
Ensure and monitor the implementation of periodic maintenance of generators, inverters and batteries.
Liaise with local vendors, contractors and suppliers for prompt and quality delivery of power related equipment.
Monitor the deployed power equipment to deliver cost effective POP connection/installation
