Responsabilities
Responsible for all accounting activities
Day to day management of the financial and management accounting processes including payroll
Plan, manage, coordinate, and implement the year-end closing processes and procedures for the company
Prepare annual audit and liaise with the company's auditors
Prepare monthly reports such as profit and loss statements, cost accounting reports, cash flow etc.
Management of receivables and payables
Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations (e.g. monthly VAT / WHT return)
Posting of all financial activities into the accounting software (SAGE Evolution)
Finance administration (issuing of invoices, payment of suppliers, petty cash etc.)
