Rent to Own is hiring a Field Officer to work with our rural farmer and shopkeeper clients. We aim to help grow their businesses by offering productive assets such as water pumps, hammer mills and gensets.
As the primary point of contact for each client, the Field Officer’s aim is to ensure each client is able to successfully complete his or her contract with Rent to Own.
Field Officers conduct visits to clients to understand and evaluate their farm or business, and to otter support in the form of technical training on equipment and sharing of best business practices.
