Responsabilities
Responsible for tactical execution of established contract terms
Initiate and prepare customer proposals working with Engineering and Operations
Prepare and lead contract reviews, prepare compliance and verification matrices
Enforce adherence to the contract budget and on schedule
Serve internally as the -voice of the customer-
Lead and manage design review preparations and presentations
Work closely with Operations tracking weekly status and report progress
Identify, report and mitigate margin issues
Advise on and remedy Accounts Receivable delays
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned Communicate customer report cards company-wide to ensure performance is known
Responsible for the Request for Proposal (RFP) process for assigned accounts
Manage the performance, developments, and rewards for direct reports
Indirectly manage work of others including Buyers, Engineering, Operations
Full responsibility for continuous improvement of customer performance metrics and 100% customer satisfaction Establish and manages current customer relationships, striving to capitalize on organic revenue growth opportunities
Full responsibility for a customer/site Profit & Loss
