Responsabilities
Improving the content on the blog site, website through well written articles and catchy posts and also monitoring the likes, comments, etc.
Handling enquiries through phone calls & emails, as relating to the websites, products, and performing related customer care roles, and maintaining company standard in the process in Tracking of orders, providing timely feedback as regards to orders made to the Company regarding services and customer concerns
Ensuring that orders placed are monitored, and delivered on time
Continually engaging customers and strengthening customer relationship by building a positive and productive relationship through various mediums; phone calls, email, etc.
Analyzing and resolving issues promptly that may arise in the course of service delivery
Carrying out after sales customer surveys
Assisting in making sure that Newsletters and bulk sms are prepared, scheduled and sent out on time
Looking out for upcoming social events that RTO might be interested in participating and going along with the PR officer where necessary
Tracking of competitor brands
