Your goal is to ensure we have the happiest customers in the eCommerce space, you are the face and voice of the company.
Must have an interest in fashion and style
Answer customer enquiries by telephone and mail, analyses their request, and provides the right information
Have a good understanding of our product portfolio, be able to upsell the customer various products or advise accordingly about related products or other colour ways.
Traces order status via phone or email
Able to take customer orders by telephone and also offer simple advice to the customer
Answers any customer questions or complaints in a friendly manner
Contacts customers to verify order to to confirm data information on order
Able to develop in a short time knowledge of products, pricing, return policy, shipping etc
Prepares paper work and send customer information on returns or exchanges
