Responsabilities
Coordinate, provide advice and support on recruitment and staff selection.
Maintain and ensure all employee files are up to date and properly kept.
Identifying and overcoming areas of concern with employees to maximise employee morale and motivation.
Maintain good and reliable filing system for all company’s correspondence.
Completes assigned reporting functions involving attendance statistics, termination, hire and transfer data, and other Human Resources information.
Responsible for performing a variety of human resource support duties such as training and development functions, staff welfare, staff health management, pension etc.
Responsible for the provision & distribution of necessary equipment’s, stationery and office materials as required.
Supervise all auxiliary staff - Administrative Assistants, Office Assistants, Cleaners and Guards.
Oversight Responsibility for facility management.
Administration of monthly payroll.
Responsible for New Employee Orientation
Maintaining records on training undertaken.
Administration of employee vacation.
Office Administration.
Perform other duties as required.
