Responsabilities
Provide administrative and logistic support to internal and external staff members so as to enhance efficiency in company operations.
Ensure company events are held successfully and undertake liaison roles internally and externally.Â
Assist in the recruitment process of new staff to filling manpower gapsÂ
Assist in training, supervision and mentoring of low level staff.Â
Keeping, maintaining & updating relevant records.
Preparing and presentation of periodic unit/departmental reports.
Work with superiors to administer performance appraisals.Â
Promote the adherence of staff members to company policies and procedures
Ensure staffers who transgress these regulations are appropriately sanctioned.
Monitor company policies and recommend areas that require a review.
Follow up on pending issues, assist in payroll administration and procurement
