Responsabilities
Develop and execute recruiting plans and initiatives.
Coordinate the search and selection process. Advertise job openings, screen candidates, verify work history and arrange interviews between candidates and supervisors.Â
Attend job fairs, interface directly with qualified potential employees.Â
Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.Â
Build networks to find qualified candidates and efficiently and effectively fill open positions
Ability to organize and keep track of confidential information.
