Responsabilities
Assist in recruitment process by administering test, sending interview invitation and rejection letters as the case may be
Provide information and assistance to staff on human resources and work related issues.
Ensure proper documentation is done for new staff; reference checks, credential, account opening etc.
Assist with the preparation of staff related correspondences.
Assist with the coordination and organization of staff trainings.
Keep track of absenteeism, discipline, lateness and sick leave.
Records management - Maintain/update data/ file of every staff.
Assist with Payroll, HMO and Pension processing
Any other specific or adhoc duty to be assigned by line manager from time to time.
