Requirements
1. Key Responsibilities
(1) Assisting Programme Officers and other staff of the office in accounting, typing/drafting documents, procuring goods/services, letter preparation, photocopying
(2) Making logistical arrangement for staff and mission members such as making appointments, HOTEL BOOKINGS, rental car arrangement etc.
(3) Filing, recording and maintaining related office documents
(4) Collection and distribution of parcels and registered articles
(5) Assisting reception work
(6) Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time
Responsabilities
(1) Diploma in Secretarial or Business Administration
(2) Good computer skills including a solid command of MS word, Excel, and e-mail f internet
(3) Good interpersonal and communication skills and ready to work in a multicultural environment
(4) Less than 35 years of age
