Responsabilities
Develop annual marketing plans that identify key market opportunities and meet the revenue growth goals for the business. Key focus will be on identifying key customer segments, defining the product opportunity, and implementing plans to capitalize on the opportunity.
Achieve agreed revenue targets as contained in the annual business plan by offering logistics solutions that meets client requirements
Meet with top-level decision makers as and when necessary in order to progress sales campaigns.
Formulate, direct and coordinate business development policies to promote the company's services
Identify, develop, or evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of company's objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors.
Evaluate the financial aspects of market development, such as budgets, expenditures, research and market intelligence report, or return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.
Develop pricing strategies, balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction.
Tracking leads to improve the company's ROI
Creating and delivering compelling marketing/sales presentations.
Propose and implement a promotion, advertising and public relations campaign that positions the company as a logistics and supply chain expert.
Create a high performance work team by setting up internal and external SLAs and monitor customer satisfaction.
Promote service offerings to customers/prospects and develop appropriate marketing materials to support the business objectives, including brochures, videos, email and website materials etc.
Maintain awareness of competitive activities, marketing strategies and tactics, and develop appropriate responses to minimize threat.
Propose bonus/incentives scheme that will help drive the performance of the marketing team.
Manage and develop team members by identifying training needs, providing on the job coaching and arranging for formal training courses where necessary.
