Requirements

To be considered for this role you must have a university degree in any social sciences with 3 – 5 years’ experience in the areas of Industrial Relations, Compensation & Benefits andPerformance Management while working in a similar environment (Multinational company in the manufacturing, cement or mines industry).

Responsabilities

Proactively managing Organisation and Human Resources of the Plant, in order to provide and develop an effective workforce meeting short and long term needs Creating and maintaining a positive work environment and prevent social conflicts, developing network and adequate communication with employees and measuring social climate regularly Efficiently managing all HR issues of the Plant and provide support, coaching and technical expertise to the Plant Manager, Line Managers and the HR team members
